Wax grinding

Many wax applications require as an initial basis
special waxes in a powdered form where the grain size must be clearly defined. The observation of these and other quality-determining factors is assured by Völpker
Spezialprodukte GmbH with their ultra-modern grinding plant. The installation can be cooled and it is equipped with an ultrasonic sieving system to eliminate unwanted oversized grains. We will be happy to grind wax on your behalf!

Various particle measuring processes are available to determine the grain size. Among others we use a process for this purpose by which the sample particles are made visible by photo-optical means so that they can be individually measured. In this manner specific particle forms can be assessed and evaluated.
